EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
To guarantee satisfaction and maintain transparency and respect for customers, LAGAR H created the Exchange and Returns Policy based on Law No. 8,078/90 – Consumer Protection Code.
❖ Goods may be returned to LAGARH at the sole discretion of the customer within seven (07) days after receipt;
❖ Occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated through LAGAR H channels. Any product returned without such communication, after the deadline or with the absence of accompanying items/accessories, will be sent back to the customer without prior consultation with the appropriate charge for the freight.
1 – Exchanges or returns Exchanges can be made as long as the product is in perfect condition, with no signs of use, without breaking the manufacturer's original seal and in its original packaging. In case of defective products, the return period is up to thirty days after receipt. The customer must express their intention to exchange using the form available on LAGAR H's official Communication Channels, stating the code described on the invoice for the product to be exchanged, as well as the reason for the request.
2 – Deadline to exchange merchandise All merchandise returned to LAGAR H will be analyzed according to the information provided by the customer. The maximum period for analysis and new delivery is thirty days from the date of receipt of the product by Lagar H.
3 – Payment refund LAGAR H, after checking the returned merchandise and, if there are no irregularities, other than those specified by the customer and previously analyzed by the company, will send a correspondence to the credit card administrator within five business days requesting a partial or partial refund. total debt eventually incurred. In the case of payments made by debit, transfer or PIX, the refund will be via bank deposit.
4 – Shipping charges for returns When cancellation of the purchase is requested after the merchandise has been dispatched to the company responsible for delivery, all shipping costs, which include the return of the order to LAGAR H, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

If the amount is lower than the previous amount, the difference charged to the credit card or the deposit made to the current account will be refunded.
6 – Product packaging for return to LAGAR H Both in the case of return and exchange, the merchandise must be packed in its original packaging with all accessories sent to LAGAR H. The lack of any item may delay the deadline stipulated for completion of the service. The packaging must be duly filled in with the recipient's details. LAGAR H products do not undergo any changes in our Distribution Center. They are sent to the customer exactly as they were delivered to the company by the manufacturer. It is important that you always check your merchandise upon delivery by the carrier. In the event of any of these hypotheses: a) Open or damaged packaging; b) Damaged product; c) Product not in accordance with the order; d) Lack of accessories, refuse the product. If you still receive the product, please contact LAGAR H communication channels within 72 hours.
It is also important to highlight that:
❖ The deadline for canceling the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt;
❖ The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without breaking the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by an invoice and all its accessories;
❖ All returned products will be analyzed to determine the problem reported by the customer. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found, if returned more than seven days after receipt, or if one of the conditions described has not been met;
❖ The deadline for completing the request to exchange merchandise communicated to the LAGAR H store is 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise at the company's Distribution Center;
❖ The refund will be made for the total value of the returned/cancelled product(s). Shipping costs for returning products will not be included;
❖ The company reserves the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly shows signs of misuse;
❖ The amounts paid will be refunded using the same payment method chosen in the purchasing process.
