Provençal artichoke

INGREDIENTS
- 4 artichokes
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- water for cooking
- 1 bunch of parsley
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the artichokes and pour in the wine.
- When it reduces, add water until it covers the bottom of the artichokes.
- Regularly drizzle the broth over the artichokes.
- It should take about 40 minutes to be ready.
- If necessary, add more water little by little until cooking is complete.
- When they are very soft, sprinkle the parsley on top, drizzle the artichokes with the sauce and cover the pan to cover. Wait 3 minutes.
