Provençal artichoke

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 artichokes
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • water for cooking
  • 1 bunch of parsley

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the artichokes and pour in the wine.
  • When it reduces, add water until it covers the bottom of the artichokes.
  • Regularly drizzle the broth over the artichokes.
  • It should take about 40 minutes to be ready.
  • If necessary, add more water little by little until cooking is complete.
  • When they are very soft, sprinkle the parsley on top, drizzle the artichokes with the sauce and cover the pan to cover. Wait 3 minutes.
  • Serve the artichoke with the sauce and combine with Coratina olive oil – Limited Edition.
