Check out the recipe for the “Melon Gazpacho” dish:


• 400g of cantaloupe melon;

• ½ onion cut into cubes;

• 2 chopped garlic cloves;

• 30 ml of apple cider vinegar;

• Salt to taste;

• Black pepper to taste;

• 80 ml of Lagar H Monovarietal Manzanilla extra virgin olive oil – Limited Edition;

• 1 bunch of finely sliced ​​chives;

• 5 slices of Parma ham.

Method of preparation

1) Place the Parma slices on a baking tray and place them in the oven at 180 degrees to dry. When ready, remove and leave on paper to drain excess fat.

2) Sauté the chopped onion in a frying pan and then add the garlic. Add the melon cut into large cubes and cook for about 10 minutes. Add apple cider vinegar, black pepper and salt.

3) Remove from the heat and blend the contents of the frying pan in a blender, adding the olive oil in threads to emulsify.

4) Serve the gazpacho chilled, with the chives and crispy Parma ham.
