Method of preparation
1) After cooking the grano duro pasta in plenty of salted water, brown the very fresh garlic slices in Monovarietal da Safra – Koroneiki.
2) Pass the drained pasta quickly through the contents of the hot frying pan, and finally, serve with freshly grated cheese and more extra virgin olive oil.
